KYC problems with Verification

Can anyone help please I have registered my Tezos as requested and when I sign in for the KYC verification I get a message that says “ can’t verify at this time” this has been the case for over 3 weeks . No response from @ verification team email or customer help@ Tezos
Any advice would be appreciated

I am having similar issue getting KYC verification. No communication from Bitcoin Suisse. Been about 3 weeks for me as well.

Anyone know of any issues?
